Nachhaltige Materialstrategien, die Erforschung botanischer Identitäten, Zirkularität innerhalb der bildenden Kunst und ökologisch reflektierte Prozesse
Diese künstlerische Praxis operiert an der Schnittstelle zwischen organischer Materialität und ästhetischer Reflexion. Natur erscheint darin nicht als Motiv oder Ressource, sondern als diskursive Instanz – ein aktiver Bestandteil prozessorientierter Formbildung. Die gezielte Einbindung pflanzlicher und mineralischer Elemente eröffnet ein Feld materieller Resonanz, in dem sich ökologische Realität und gestalterische Entscheidung überlagern.
Im Zentrum steht eine methodische Auseinandersetzung mit den epistemischen Potenzialen des Natürlichen. Die eingesetzten Stoffe – Blätter, Sedimente, Korrosionen – fungieren nicht nur als visuelle Träger, sondern als Indikatoren für Transformation, Instabilität und Zeitlichkeit. Die Praxis etabliert eine Forschung am Material selbst, die sich kategorialen Trennungen zwischen Natur und Kultur, Form und Prozess entzieht.
Zur Materialität, Ephemerität und ökologischen Resonanz in Verbindung mit natürlichen Ressourcen
Die daraus resultierenden Arbeiten situieren sich an der Schwelle zwischen Geste und Spur. Sie sind nicht als abgeschlossene Objekte zu verstehen, sondern als prozessuelle Zustände – sedimentierte Schnittstellen zwischen organischem Wandel und künstlerischer Intervention. In ihrer strukturellen Offenheit markieren sie Momente ökologischer Fragilität, ohne in Narration oder Pathos zu verfallen.
Eco-Printing bildet den methodischen Kern dieser Praxis: ein technisches Verfahren, bei dem pflanzliche Pigmente und pflanzliche Stoffe temporäre Strukturen auf textile oder papierene Trägerflächen übertragen. Die so entstehenden Formationen verweisen nicht auf Abbildbarkeit, sondern auf Relationalität – auf die komplexe Interaktion von Stoff, Zeit und Zerfall.

This artistic practice operates at the intersection of organic materiality and aesthetic inquiry. Nature does not appear as motif or resource, but as a discursive agent—an active component in process-based form production. The deliberate integration of vegetal and mineral elements opens a field of material resonance in which ecological reality and artistic decision-making intersect.
At its core lies a methodical engagement with the epistemic potentials of the natural. The materials employed—leaves, sediments, traces of corrosion—function not merely as visual carriers but as indicators of transformation, instability, and temporality. The practice establishes a form of material research that resists categorical separations between nature and culture, form and process.
On Matter, Ephemerality, and Ecological Attunement by natural resources
The resulting works position themselves at the threshold between gesture and trace. They are not conceived as completed objects but as processual states—sedimented interfaces between organic flux and artistic intervention. In their structural openness, they mark moments of ecological fragility without resorting to narration or pathos.
Eco-printing constitutes the methodological core of this approach: a technical procedure in which botanical pigments and plant matter generate temporary structures on textile or paper substrates. The formations that emerge do not aspire to representation but to relationality—to the complex interaction of substance, time, and decay.
